Official Rules of Shoe Are You? ® Giveaway Sweepstakes

DESCRIPTION:
Miss Meghan Media, Inc. is celebrating beautiful shoes by administering a sweepstakes to giveaway a pair of shoes or other prizes from time to time.

By participating in the Contest by submitting an email address, each entrant agrees as follows:

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner’s responsibility.

ELIGIBILITY:
You must be 18 years of age or older legal resident of the United States of America physically residing in the Continental United States or the District of Columbia. We also accept entries from outside the United States but cannot guarantee shipment to your country.

METHOD OF ENTRY: Enter via Internet by clicking on the entry link in the email or other social media platforms.  One entry per IP address is allowed. Valid email address required.

Access to the internet to create an email address and enter the contest is available for free at any public library. Entrants are not allowed to buy a computer or internet access in order to enter the sweepstakes. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

One entry per user, per valid email address will be entered into the Contest. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only entrant’s first entry during the specified Contest entry period will count. No third party entry or entry through contest service permitted. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries, as determined by the Administrator, will be disqualified.

If, in the Administrator’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties, or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, and/or the Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Contest Entities shall have the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to void any entries submitted fraudulently, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest. Contest Entities reserve the right to prosecute any fraudulent entries to the fullest extent of the law.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Submission Period begins at the date and time the email is sent out and lasts for one week, seven consecutive days of 24 hour periods thereafter.

PRIZE:
One prize in the form of a pair of shoes (or other prize as indicated in the individual email) from participating Sponsor. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winners are selected at random. If you wish to see who won please email meghan (a) missmeghan dot-com with the words “Shoe Are You?® Giveaway Winner Request” in the subject line.

SPONSORS and ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsors of the Contest are the shoe sponsors cited in the individual email. (“Sponsors”). The administrator of the Contest is Miss Meghan Media, Inc. (“Administrator”). Sponsors and Administrator are collectively referred to herein as “Contest Entities.” Administrator will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.

EMAIL ADDRESS:
By entering the contest using your email address entrant agrees to receive further marketing and sweepstakes emails from the Contest Entities. The removal of the entrant’s email address is available at any time with the unsubscribe link. Miss Meghan® Media/Shoe Are You?® does not disclose your email or any personal information to any third party.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning are estimated dependent upon number of entries, with a ratio of Total Entries divided by your one entry divided by total number of prizes.

ACTS OF GOD: 
The failure of Contest Entities to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Contest Entities (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force major event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER: Your email address information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. Entering your email to win means you agree to all of the terms above and in addition if you reside outside of the United States, you consent to having your email address known to the Contest Entities and the email information transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province or other governmental jurisdiction.
