I think you may have seen me Tweet or comment about a very cool contest that’s going on right now called AVON VOICES. Basically, more than 6,000 women from 19 countries around the world submitted videos of themselves singing in hopes to win a shot at recording a professionally produced album. It’s a year-long global online singing talent search and today they announced the names of the 25 Semi-Finalist Contenders from 19 countries who will advance to the third round. These 25 come to Hollywood next week to record a professional video, get made over with AVON products and meet some of the celeb judges (Fergie, one my personal favorite Stiletto girls is one of the judges along with Andrea Jung who is one of the coolest women business execs in the world.)

Definitely check out some of the videos and get in on the process by registering to vote. It’s quite amazing to hear the different voices of women from all the around the world. And even though they don’t show their shoes in the videos, you know here at Miss Meghan Media we are all about anything that empowers women which Avon definitely does in a real way by making it possible for millions of women all over the world to run their own Avon businesses.
