So like I mentioned a few weeks ago in my trend report about luxury shoe designers, LA shoe designers coming to the fore as evidenced in the LA TIMES article today. Jerome and Omelle are there of course as well as the lower priced but equally fabulous Velvet Angels.  

  It is all about the ankle detailing for Spring 2009. Jill Stuart is a major trendsetter when it comes to shoes — she was the first show the peep-toe ankle bootie two seasons before it went mass. This time she showed us gorgeous chiffon legwarmers for Spring. I love it.
